● We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions and images but do not guarantee complete error-free listings.
● Many of our products are crafted with premium fabrics and may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish. Such variations are not considered defects.

8. Pricing & Payments
● All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
● Taxes, duties, or additional charges will be applied where applicable.
● We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or availability.
● Payments must be completed at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
● If a payment fails, we may cancel the order until an alternative payment is provided.
9. Shipping Policy
● Domestic Orders (India): Standard shipping is charged at INR 150. Free shipping on orders above INR 2,500. Orders ship within 2 working days unless otherwise mentioned.
● International Orders: We ship worldwide. Orders typically dispatch within 2 working days. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Tracking details will be shared once your order has shipped. Delivery delays due to couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
● Domestic Orders: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
● International Orders: Not eligible for return or exchange.
● Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
Niya Luxe provides all services “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product(s) purchased by you in the last six months.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, India.
13. Dispute Resolution
We encourage negotiation and mediation before pursuing legal remedies. In unresolved cases, disputes shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English, in Coimbatore, India.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account by contacting our support team.
