1. 7-Day Refund / Replacement Guarantee (Domestic Orders Only)

Defective / Wrong Item Received

Once verified, the defective item will be recalled and replaced at no extra shipping cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
2. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse, after inspection.

Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
3. Cancellations

Before Dispatch:
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund. -
After Dispatch:

If your order has already shipped but has not yet been delivered, please contact us immediately.

If the product has been delivered, cancellations are not possible. However, you may still request a return if it qualifies under the 7-Day Refund/Replacement Guarantee.

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be processed if:

4. Partial Cancellations / Returns
