1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping Charges

      Standard shipping within India is ₹150.

      Free shipping on orders above ₹2500.

Delivery Timeline

      Orders are processed and dispatched from our store within 2 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product details.

      Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Methods

      We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

      If you have a preferred courier service, please reach out to us — we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Address Modifications

      Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

      If you need to modify your address, please email us within 3 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.


2. International Shipping

Global Delivery

      We ship to most international locations. Orders can be placed directly on our website.

Shipping Costs

      International shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

      Additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Timeline

      International orders are dispatched within 2 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product details.

      Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

      Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your package if needed.

Returns & Exchanges

      Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.


3. Order Processing

      Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

      Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

      Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email or WhatsApp.


4. Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders

      Delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

      During high-demand periods (sales or festivals), delivery may take longer.

International Orders

      Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.

      Customs clearance procedures may delay delivery — these are beyond our control.

 

 

 


5. Tracking Your Order

      Once shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp update with your tracking number.

      You can track your package on the courier partner’s website.

      If tracking details are delayed or unclear, please allow 24–48 hours for updates to reflect.


6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

      Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

      Niya Luxe  is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

      If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery, a refund (minus shipping and handling charges) will be issued.


7. Special Requests

We understand that some orders may need special handling:

      Gift Orders: We can include a personalized note and special packaging upon request.

      Bulk/Corporate Orders: For larger orders, please contact us directly for customized shipping solutions.

      Preferred Courier: If you prefer a specific logistics provider, let us know and we’ll try to arrange it for you.

 


8. Shipping Restrictions

      Certain remote areas or restricted regions may not be serviceable. If this applies, we will notify you during checkout.

      Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees, which will be communicated upfront.
